This section of the portal supports the discovery of OpenCoesione and of the overall Italian cohesion policies' framework. Hereinafter are made available all the documents and analysis produced by OpenCoesione. The material comprises presentations, papers, insights and all-in-depth analysis produced for the purpose of seminars, public events or working groups' meetings.
In addition, it is made available a section dedicated to videos presenting the OpenCoesione initiative, the civic monitoring project At the School of OpenCohesion (ASOC) and to several webinars organized by OpenCoesione and ASOC.
On the website of the Department for Cohesion Policies and the South is available a section dedicated to institutional documents and reports to the Parliament that refer to the planning and implementation of cohesion policy funds (only in Italian language).
Accountancy and the Monitoring of Cohesion Policies: Towards the National Monitoring System
The seminar aims to illustrate the National Cohesion Policy Monitoring System, in the light of the light of the novelties introduced by the ‘Permanent Table on the Monitoring of Public Investments’ of the RGS and those arising from the introduction of the ReGiS information system.

Annual Review Meeting - Year 2024
The 2024 Performance Review Meeting is the appointment for the European Commission and the Managing Authorities of the ERDF and ESF+ Programmes to review the performance of each Programme on the basis of the previous year's implementation data. The appointment is organised by the Department for Cohesion Policies and the South with the support of the National Cohesion Capacity Programme 2021-2027. The RAR 2024 was held on 29 and 30 October in Rome, at Palazzo Barberini.

TAIEX TSI PACE – Public Administration Cooperation Exchange
OpenCoesione took part in a bilateral meeting involving the governments of Italy and Romania, in the framework of the initiative ‘TAIEX TSI PACE - Public Administration Cooperation Exchange’ promoted by the European Commission. In Rome they discussed ‘Approaches, methods and tools for the proper implementation of EU-funded programmes at national and regional level: the Italian experience’.

The Festival of Participation
On 14 September 2024 OpenCoesione took part in the ninth edition of the Festival of Participation, dedicated to ‘Voices of the verb POWER: include, participate, claim’. The title of the report delivered as part of a panel dedicated to ‘Bridging the gap: what are the risks of poor communication of European Funds in the territories and how civic participation can help prevent them’ was ‘OpenCoesione: data and communication on cohesion’.

The ASOC EU model as an example of active citizenship
The educational program "A Scuola di OpenCoesione" (ASOC) and the European application of its ASOC EU model were presented at the international conference "Empowering Young People, Protecting Democracy: How to Address Disinformation at School", organized by the think tank Lisbon Council. Representatives from the European Commission - DG Education, as well as representatives from organizations and associations active in the fields of active citizenship, information, and countering disinformation, participated in the conference.

#PONGOV, paths of innovation and cohesion
OpenCoesione took part in the #pongovexpo, the event that closed the PON Governance and Institutional Capacity ERDF ESF 2014-2020 (#pongov) programme, an afternoon of work to present some of the most significant results of the Operational Programme and to assess how innovation and cohesion policy have contributed to making PA more efficient, effective and closer to territories, citizens and businesses.

TAIEX-REGIO Multi-Country Workshop on Digital administration and IT systems in Cohesion funds
OpenCoesione participated in a multinational workshop on digital administration and information systems in cohesion funds in Madrid, as part of the TAIEX-REGIO project. The meeting explored possible new applications for managing project demand, implementation, monitoring, and control. In this context, during Session 7 dedicated to future developments and open data, the experience of OpenCoesione was presented.

"Understanding Results and Impacts of Cohesion Policy": Meeting of the National Evaluation System
"Data and Indicators for Evaluation: The New Features of the OpenCoesione Portal" is the title of the presentation delivered by the OpenCoesione team at the meeting organized within the framework of the National Evaluation System (SNV). This presentation offered a significant preview of the new look of the national open government portal on cohesion policies in Italy.

European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics (Q2022)
In the framework of the European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics scheduled from 8th to 10th June 2022 in Vilnius (Lithuania), the OpenCoesione in collaboration with Italian Institute for Statistics - ISTAT has prepared and presented the intervention entitled “Understanding the territory through data, data journalism and civic engagement – The ASOC project from Italy to Europe” to underline and illustrate the synergic action carried out by the means of a specific agreement signed among ISTAT and the Department for Cohesion Policies aimed at promoting the knowledge and the use of official statistical data in the civic monitoring researces carried out by the student teams and aimed at enhancing the trainings addressing teachers who participate in the ASOC with the specific dedicated course named Statistical Culture+.

A Scuola di OpenCoesione alla 14° Conferenza Nazionale di Statistica
A Scuola di OpenCoesione e OpenCoesione hanno preso parte alla quattordicesima Conferenza Nazionale di Statistica (CNS), promossa dall'Istituto nazionale di statistica (Istat). È stato infatti presentato un poster scientifico che racconta il progetto ASOC come ambito di sviluppo e promozione di "Cittadinanza attiva e cultura statistica nelle scuole superiori".

Il 18 novembre 2021 si è tenuto un incontro tra i referenti dell’iniziativa OpenCoesione presso il Nucleo di valutazione e analisi per la programmazione del Dipartimento per le politiche di coesione della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri e il Ministero della salute della Repubblica della Macedonia del Nord, nell’ambito dell’iniziativa Open Government Partnership. La sessione di lavoro - uno scambio di buone prassi - ha visto la partecipazione del responsabile dell'OGP del Pandemic Action Network e del responsabile dell'Open Contracting Partnership per Europa dell'Est e Asia Centrale.

Venerdì 16 aprile si è tenuto un evento legato al progetto che prevede la creazione in Italia di una "Rete di monitoraggio civico dei fondi europei per l'ambiente e lo sviluppo sostenibile", promosso da Monithon e Lunaria e finanziato dalla DG Regio.
OpenCoesione è partner del progetto e ha preso parte alla seconda sessione presentando l'esperienza di A Scuola di OpenCoesione con Simona De Luca e Gianmarco Guazzo.
