ROP RCE ESF PIEDMONT

The Programme, within the scope of the Regional Competitiveness and Employment Objective (RCE), aims to enhance the quality of employment capabilities by way of the Axes of Systems of ongoing training; Increasing the efficiency and efficacy of labour institutions; More favourable access to employment for women and reduction in gender inequality; Implementation of active employment policies; Paths to employment for the disadvantaged; Reform of training and education systems and creation of networks of universities, research centres, and business with a particular emphasis on research and innovation.
