25 November - Cohesion policy projects supporting women who are victims of violence
For the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, which the United Nations General Assembly has set for 25 November, OpenCoesione is presenting a brief analysis of the projects financed with the help of cohesion policy funds that have the goal of supporting victims of violence against women.

This Brief analyses the contribution of Italian cohesion policy to the promotion and valorisation of research and innovation activities for territorial competitiveness during the 2007-2013 programming cycle. This set of projects has been selected in order to capture the multiple dimensions of the innovation activities that have been supported and in the 2014-2020 period it would fall under the realm of Smart Specialisation.
The analysis focuses on the programming area, nature and size class of projects. For firm subsidies it also provides information on territorial and sectoral distribution.
