The Programme, within the scope of the Regional Competitiveness and Employment Objective (RCE), aims to support economic and social growth and its impact on employment while uniting the quality of employment and the development of human resources with the quality of economic growth and social cohesion. It finances training programmes, post-graduate programmes, programmes of international mobility, incentives. It is structured into the Axes of Adaptability, Employability, Social Inclusion, Human Capital, Transnationality and Interregionality, and Technical Assistance.
