The Programme, within the scope of the Convergence Objective (CONV), aims to promote the development of an increasingly knowledge-based regional economy by establishing education, training and labour policies as the key factor in the region’s competitiveness strategy. It is structured into the Axes of Adaptability, Employability, Social Inclusion, Human Capital, Transnationality and Interregionality, Technical Assistance, and Institutional capacity.
