Il personale impiegato in queste mansioni andrà a fornire un valido supporto all'attività dell'ufficio manutenzione e gestione degli immobili comunali, collaborerà con gli operai nelle manutenzioni e nella gestione dei vari impianti sportivi, palestre, sale e strutture di proprietà. I soggetti verranno affiancati da un dipendente comunale che li informerà sulle varie dislocazioni degli immobili e sull'uso dei macchinari e che organizzerà i vari interventi, questo li aiuterà a comprendere l'attività manutentiva di competenza di un Ente territoriale quale è il Comune
