Esigenza: Con l'emergenza sanitaria ancora in atto che determina tanta incertezza sugli scenari futuri che possono prefigurarsi, l'esigenza principale della nostra società è stata quella di intercettare una nuova domanda del mercato (mete, destinazioni, pacchetti, servizi ancillari, esperienze nuove), individuando i territori preparati a soddisfarla. Villa Oriana è pioniera nel settore del turismo esperienziale ed emozionale, del turismo cioè che si trasforma da passivo ad attivo, e con questo progetto d'investimento mira ancora di più a traslare dal turismo tradizionale, che pone al centro del viaggio la destinazione, ad un turismo che ha invece il proprio focus sul viaggiatore stesso, cui vuole garantire esperienze autentiche, senza filtri.
