Il progetto prevede il recupero e il riuso funzionale dell'antica Dogana per destinarla a centro servizi per i giovani (info point, front desk, eventi, convegni, dibattiti culturali, video-proiezioni, corsi e attività varie, ma anche momenti di aggregazione e socialità, studio, spazi di coworking, con postazioni operative dotate di PC e connessioni wifi)
