SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il Progetto prevede il consolidamento dell'immobile dal punto di vista strutturale, il recupero degli aspetti volumetrici-architettonici, e la destinazione a nuovo uso principalmente a scuola superiore di cucina e centro congressuale compatibilmente con i valori storico-architettonici e paesaggistici della Colonia in un'ottica di riqualificazione e sviluppo economico e sociale.
