SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il Progetto intende formare la figura del Tecnico della trasformazione agroalimentare, con profilo professionale specialistico di Tecnico Casaro fornendo competenze inerenti le strategie d'impresa, l'organizzazione aziendale, la gestione delle forniture e delle scorte, l'analisi del contesto e del mercato, il marketing del prodotto, la filiera e le modalita' di commercializzazione, la conoscenza delle problematiche, delle procedure e delle normative relative alla gestione dell'azienda in generale e dell'azienda agricola in particolare cosi' che alla fine del percorso il partecipante possa inserirsi nei vari contesti aziendali della filiera lattiero-casearia.
