SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT

Corso di Tecnico Superiore con specializzazione negli aspetti della valorizzazione e commercializzazione dei prodotti agroalimentari, con particolare riferimento alla grande distribuzione. La figura si occupa di gestire i cicli di lavorazione e le procedure di controllo sia delle macchine, sia dei sistemi tecnologici, sia della rete di distribuzione. Inoltre, coadiuva nell'analisi delle produzioni e dei prodotti e nelle relative certificazioni, al fine di valorizzare le produzioni locali.
