Il progetto elaborato dall - impresa prevede la riqualificazione della struttura ricettiva 13 Comuni al fine di elevare il servizio di pernottamento agli standard qualitativi riconosciuti al ristorante dell - albergo, offrendo inoltre servizi aggiuntivi ai clienti, quali per esempio la degustazione dei prodotti tipici nella nuova cantina, al fine ultimo di promuovere i prodotti e le eccellenze del territorio per offrire al turista un viaggio esperienziale a 360¿.
