SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il progetto consiste nella ristrutturazione di un edificio a destinazione uso turistico alberghiero, non piu' attivo. La struttura sara' dotata di 9/10 unita' abitative per un totale di 46 posti letto. La struttura punta sulla differenziazione dell'offerta turistica con conseguente allungamento della stagione turistica del comprensorio, rispetto ai principali competitors, nonche' ad un buon livello di qualita' di prodotti e servizi offerti al cliente, puntando su un mercato turistico attento alla ecosostenibilita' e al cicloturismo, all'enogastronomia ed alla scoperta delle ricchezze del territorio.
