SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il progetto mira all'introduzione di nuove e innovative tecniche nel campo della trasformazione alimentare, nello specifico per le macchine da caffe' attraverso l'adozione della ISO 16889:2016 e relativa conformita' alla direttiva MOCA in materia food contact per i prodotti "pronti all'uso".
