SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Sostituzione di due forni per la cottura dei prodotti panificati. Un forno a Gasolio sara' sostituito con uno ad alta efficienza a Gas Naturale e l'altro forno a Gas Naturale con uno rotativo ad efficienza energetica. Si interverra' anche sull'impianto di illuminazione interna con plafoniere al LED. Infine, l'attuale cella di lievitazione/refrigerazione sara' sostituita con due celle ad alta efficienza
