SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il progetto di investimento Del Resort Martur, prevede l'ampliamento della struttura ricettiva rimodulando degli appartamenti di ampia metratura per ottenere monolocali con angolo cottura e 3 posti letto e camere tre posti letto. Saranno realizzati lavori edili e di arredo. Inoltre, è prevista la riqualificazione di un'area all'aperto per la realizzazione di una zona da adibire a sala ristorante, lavori di efficientamento e di cablaggio oltre che di videosorveglianza. I lavori permetteranno l'aumento della capacità ricettiva, la maggiore soddisfazione del cliente e la conquista di nuova clientela.
