SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
l progetto consiste nella realizzazione di soluzioni integrate ed innovative per sviluppare un sistema hub and spoke con i principali centri specialistici del comprensorio pavese ed il territorio dell'Alto Oltrepÿ² per rispondere maggiormente ai bisogni territoriali: - Maggior coerenza tra l'offerta sanitaria ed i diversi bisogni di salute della popolazione residente, - Riduzione del tasso di ospedalizzazione evitabile garantendo una continuità assistenziale di prossimità , - Supporto della rete di offerta ospedaliera, territoriale e della medicina generale.
