Recuperp di una porzione centrale dell'edificio al fine di rendere fruibili gli spazi al piano primo mediante opere di accessibilità e dotazione di servizi, rimanendo in linea con il progetto generale previsto per l'intero edificio. L'immobile, per cui è previsto il suo recupero per la realizzazione dell'ostello ¿Antica casa comunale¿, è vincolato ai sensi del D.Lgs. 42/2004 art.10, e l'intervento si configura come Restauro e risanamento conservativo.
