Realizzazione di un HUB di interscanbio ferroviario fra la linea RFI Napoli - Salerno e la linea Circumvesuviana, in prossimità dell'uscita di Pompei Ovest dell'autostrada A3 Napoli - Salerno e facilmente accessivbile anche dalla S.S. 18, costituendo nodo strategico per l'accessibilità alla rete TPL per i comuni di Pompei, Torre Annunziata e Castellammare di Stabia.
