L'intervento riguarda l'adeguamento della SS16 esistente nel tratto da Foggia a S. Severo per uno sviluppo complessivo di circa 26,5km. L'ipotesi progettuale è dell'adeguamento in sede a Categoria C1 (D.M. 05/11/2001) e la realizzazione di complanari per separare il traffico locale dal traffico di attraversamento.
