Il Caseificio Donnarumma con l'investimento proposto intende ampliare la propria capacità produttiva realizzando un impianto produttivo automatizzato dove ogni fase di produzione e confezionamento è collegato ad un server con software di supervisione e raccolta dati Il software va ad interfacciarsi con il programma di supervisione installato sui terminali touch all'interno della produzione per permettere di ottenere numerose informazioni su parametri tecnologici, tecnici e di produzione.
