SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il progetto riguarda principalmente la creazione di un nuovo prodotto costituito da un impianto di deposizione a camera unica ibrido PVD - IPECVD, in grado di realizzare su scala industrialmente sostenibile deposizioni multiple di metalli e non metalli. Suddette tecniche si basano sulla deposizione di sottilissimi strati di materiale nanostrutturato tramite processi fisici o chimici.
