SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il programma, finalizzato alla messa in esercizio ed alla successiva gestione diretta del complesso, prevede l'acquisto dell'immobile e gli investimenti necessari per gli interventi di ristrutturazione edilizia, risanamento ed adeguamento funzionale, tecnologico ed impiantistico, funzionali al completo recupero dei vari edifici da cui è costituita la struttura, ed include anche l'acquisto di arredi ed attrezzature funzionali all'espletamento dell'attività ricettiva.
