SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il programma oggetto del Contratto di Sviluppo presentato dalla società Zeni S.r.l. si compone di un unico progetto di investimento turistico volto alla creazione di una nuova struttura ricettiva '5 stelle' nel comune di Nago-Torbole (TN), alla località 'Le Busatte', fraz. Torbole. Mediante il progetto in esame, la proponente prevede di realizzare la struttura ricettiva 'Gardea Soulfamily Resort' di seguito (Hotel Gardea)', localizzata tra le pendici del monte Altissimo e il tratto nordorientale del Lago di Garda. L'iniziativa è dunque è finalizzata alla creazione di una nuova unità produttiva nel comune di Nago - Torbole (TN) in località Busatte.
