SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il Programma di Sviluppo proposto da Sterilgarda è finalizzato all'ampliamento della capacità dell'unità produttiva di Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN), in particolare, l'investimento è volto ad incrementare i volumi di produzione del reparto mascarpone (sia nella variante fresco che UHT) e, grazie alla riorganizzazione di quest'ultimo, alla realizzazione di reparti dedicati alla produzione di formaggino fuso (nuova referenza2), yogurt e ricotta (sia nella variante fresca che UHT).Sterilgarda è attiva nel settore della lavorazione di latte alimentare e di articoli derivati oltre che, in misura marginale, dei succhi di frutta.
