SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il programma di sviluppo è stato presentato da Merletto S.r.l. in qualità di soggetto proponente e si compone di un unico progetto di investimento turistico, finalizzato alla creazione di una nuova unità produttiva localizzata ad Ostuni, nella regione Puglia. In particolare, il progetto consiste nella creazione di un EcoResort di Lusso, costituito da un Hotel 5 stelle superior, con spiaggia privata, piscina, centro benessere, centro congressi e ricevimenti e servizio di ristorazione.Il complesso alberghiero sarà immerso e integrato in un parco naturale di vaste dimensioni, nel pieno rispetto del caratteristico paesaggio rurale e marino della zona, e punta a diventare un riferimento nella ricettività pugliese e italiana nel segmento luxury.
