Il Contratto di Sviluppo promosso da Sabelli S.p.A. riguarda un Programma di Sviluppo Industriale articolato in un Progetto di investimento produttivo, attinente l'attività di trasformazione di prodotti agricoli (TPA), ed in un Progetto di Ricerca Industriale e Sviluppo Sperimentale, entrambi localizzati ad Ascoli Piceno.
