SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Obiettivo del programma MULTI-CHANNEL è la progettazione, creazione e testing di una nuova piattaforma multicanale che integri le piattaforme ICT già in uso e implementi nuove funzionalità ad alto valore aggiunto (con ricadute in termini di efficienza ed efficacia sulle funzionalità a 360 : lato azienda, lato fornitori e clienti). L'originalità del presente progetto risiede nell'intento di rispondere alle nuove esigenze del comparto Luxury-Fashion.
