SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il Progetto di Ricerca Sviluppo e Innovazione, 'Strutture ad Elevata SOstenibilità per il PACKaging dei prodotti alimentari' (E.SO.PACK), si svolgerà in Campania presso lo stabilimento di Marcianise (CE) dell'impresa realizzatrice Icimendue S.r.l. ed ha i seguenti obiettivi:- la realizzazione di un packaging flessibile ed innovativo, prodotto riducendo l'uso di solventi, il numero di strati in strutture accoppiate, il fabbisogno energetico, i tempi di lavorazione e l'impatto ambientale, mediante l'utilizzo di materiali biodegradabili, - incrementare la shelf-life mediante l'incremento delle proprietà barriera di film da imballaggio e/o mediante l'utilizzo di molecole con funzionalità attive specifiche.
