SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Con l'attuazione del Programma di Sviluppo, RZ1 S.r.l., intende innalzare il livello qualitativo dell'Hotel Parco dei Principi, complesso alberghiero a 5 stelle progettato e realizzato nel 1962 dall'Arch. Giò Ponti quale primo 'Hotel Design Italiano'.La proposta progettuale prevede interventi di miglioramento strutturale, impiantistico e di arredamento. E' previsto, altresì, l'ampliamento del centro benessere/spa presente all'interno delle grotte di tufo sottostanti la struttura ricettiva.
