Il Contratto di Sviluppo è promosso dalla società Palazzo Caracciolo S.p.A., in qualità di soggetto proponente, e da O.s.a.r.a. Organizzazione Sviluppo Alberghi Ristoranti Affini S.r.l., in qualità di impesa aderente, e riguarda un programma di sviluppo di attività turistiche, articolato in 2 progetti di investimento produttivo, finalizzati al potenziamento ed al miglioramento della qualità dell'offerta ricettiva di due prestigiose strutture alberghiere, l'Hotel Britannique ed il Grand Hotel Parker's, ubicate nel comune di Napoli e situate in aderenza e continuità in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, mediante interventi mirati di ristrutturazione, recupero e riqualificazione delle stesse, con l'obiettivo di intercettare il flusso turistico internazionale di lusso attraverso l'offerta di due strutture ricettive di categoria 5 stelle.Il progetto di investimento produttivo, attraverso la recente acquisizione dell'Hotel Britannique, nel comune di Napoli, è finalizzato alla ristrutturazione della storica struttura ormai in disuso e alla riqualificazione dell'edificio in una struttura di lusso.
