gli interventi devono riguardare nello specifico la messa in sicurezza dell'area su individuata, attualmente dissestata e che, un ulteriore deterioramento, potrebbe arrecare pregiudizi alla sicurezza ed incolumità pubblica, attraverso la realizzazione di opere di rullatura e livellamento del terreno per una superfice di circa mq. 500,00, con eliminazione di buche pericolose, radici sporgenti e successivo rifacimento del manto erboso, al fine di garantire il soddisfacimento delle condizioni minime di sicurezza dei bambini frequentanti la struttura scolastica
