Trattasi dei lavori di efficientamento eneregetico dell'impianto di illuminazione del Palazzo Comunale. I lavori previsti in progetto riguardano la sostituzione dei corpi illuminanti degli uffici, installazione di sistema di controllo dell'illuminazione, installazione di controsoffitti nei corridoi del piano terra e piano primo, illuminazione dei corridoi e scale, sostituzione apparecchi d'illuminazione d'emergenza e modifiche e adattamenti impianto elettrico esistente.
