SMARTWORKING_2020 - INCENTIVI PER L'ATTUAZIONE DI PIANI AZIENDALI DI SMART WORKING
Kar Sat Srl ha attivato il piano aziendale di smart working con decorrenza dal giorno 11.05.2020 fino alla data del 15.09.2020§; data in cui si presume che l emergenza Covid19 potr essere rientrata dato che si prevede anche il ritorno a scuola, tra i banchi, degli studenti.Il piano aziendale accoglie la raccomandazione del DPCM del 26 aprile 2020 recante Ulteriori disposizioni attuative del decreto-legge 23 febbraio 2020, n. 6, recante misure urgenti in materia di contenimento e gestione dell'emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19, applicabili sull'intero territorio nazionale che invita tutte le attivit economiche, laddove possibile, ad adottare modalita' di lavoro agile, a partire dalla normale attivit professionale, fino alla realizzazione di riunioni, anch esse a distanza.Il Datore di Lavoro, verificata la fattibilit di tale modalit , ha concordato con il proprio dipendente che la prestazione lavorativa si svolga in smart working, come disciplinato agli artt. 18 e segg. della
