Con il progetto si intende realizzare un ampliamento delle due strutture che compongono l'albergo attualmente, integrando una terza parte di immobile che e collegato a una delle due unita locali esistenti. Questa nuova struttura amplia la capacita recettiva dell'albergo e verra collegata attraverso un passaggio interno che migliorera la fruibilita dei servizi a disposizione degli ospiti. L'offerta attuale e di 14 monolocali§; questa terza unita aumentera la capacita ricettiva inserendo ulteriori
