L'intervento si propone di rendere fruibile l'immobile attraverso la sostituzione degli infissi esistenti ormai vetusti, con fornitura e posa di serramenti ad elevata efficienza energetica e migliore confort acustico ed ambientale, certificati dal punto di vista dei criteri minimi ambientali (CAM)
