L'intervento proposto, intende ottimizzare e adeguare le attrezzature di supporto alla fruizione turistica, attraverso la creazione di appositi spazi, funzionali per le persone che decidono di intraprendere l'attivit di Kitesurfing, Sup e winsurf nel progetto La Via del Vento.
