Il progetto è suddiviso in lotti funzionali, di cui uno è stato già realizzato e con questo ultimo lotto verrà completato. Ha una valenza intercomunale, vista anche la presenza sempre maggiore di tornei, campionati e manifestazioni sportive, anche a livello internazionale, che già vengono disputati nel territorio comunale, tra gli ultimi il triathlon organizzato presso il Forte Village, che ha interessato anche il territorio di Pula.
