L'intervento ha riguardato l'ammodernamento strutturale e il miglioramento della qualità del servizio offerto dell'Hotel Su Baione, localizzato a Abbasanta. L'investimento è relativo agli aspetti strutturali, impiantistici, organizzativi, con una ridefinizione degli spazi comuni e dei servizi annessi: miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica del complesso alberghiero§; interventi strutturali riguardanti la coibentazione e i controsoffitti§; ripristino delle guaine dei tetti§; messa a norma della piscina (servizi annessi) e acquisto di hardware e software.
