L'intervento prevede l'aumento della capacità produttiva della struttura ricettiva esistente (5 nuove camere), la ristrutturazione totale dell'edificio, l'efficientamento energetico, l'aumento della capacità ricettiva e la creazione di una nuova area relax con palestra in prossimità della struttura ricettiva da mettere a disposizione della clientela dell'albergo
