SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Con l intervento si persegue l inclusione sociale e la lotta alla poverta, finanziando gli Ammortizzatori Sociali in deroga per il 2014. L art. n. 44 comma 6-bis del decreto legislativo n. 148 del 2015, cos come modificato al decreto legislativo del 24 settembre 2016, n. 185, dispone infatti che per l anno 2016 le Regioni possono concedere trattamenti di integrazione salariale e di mobilita, con risorse a carico delle finanze regionali o delle risorse assegnate alla Regione nell ambito di piani o programmi coerenti con la specifica destinazione.
