La sub-azione prevede la realizzazione di un percorso ciclopedonale nel tratto compreso tra il ponte ferro e l'aeroporto Costa Smeralda. Il percorso avrà la larghezza di 4 mt, di cui 2,50 mt per la pista ciclabile e 1,50 mt percorso pedonale
