Il progetto mira a valorizzare ed a potenziare la figura di un personaggio Sardo illustre nella storia dell'opera lirica italiana, Il Tenore Bernardo De Muro ed il "museo" ad esso collegato, e ad internazionalizzarne la figura attraverso azioni multidisciplinari nel campo musicale artistico, educativo, didattico, storico ma anche attraverso la promozione ed un marketing culturale internazionale
