Il progetto consiste nell'efficientamento energetico del Municipio, della Scuola elementare e media e della palestra mediante la sostituzione degli infissi, l'installazione di scheramture solari, la sostituzione dei corpi illuminanti e l'installazione di climatatizzatori.
