L'iniziativa prevede interventi di coibentazione, relamping con lampade a led, installazione impianti fotovoltaici, installazione impianti solari termici, sostituzione gruppi termici presso il complesso di edilizia pubblica costituito da municipio storico, belvedere, spogliatoi campo di calcio e palazzetto dello sport, istituto scolastico
