SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
L'intervento riguarda la ristrutturazione e l'ampliamento di un fabbricato rurale, sito in località "Zumbu" in agro di Dorgali, edificio realizzato negli anni 50 che ha comportato la realizzazione di una struttura ricettiva comprendente 14 posti letto, (n 7 camere di varie dimensioni di cui 5 doppie e 2 singole e un piccolo locale adibito a cucina) nonché un punto di ristoro (Turismo Rurale). Il luogo sul quale è stato realizzato l'intervento si presenta, allo stato, ancora privo di insediamenti architettonici. L'ampliamento del complesso è stato integrato con le preesistenze che nell'insieme andranno a formare un unico edificio a C col fronte aperto rivolto verso la vallata.
