SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il progetto mira a intervenire sui diversi aspetti dell'intera filiera produttiva della birra, dalla caratterizzazione e valorizzazione delle materie prime al processo di trasformazione, sino ad arrivare al recupero e riutilizzo degli scarti di produzione per la produzione di energia. L'obiettivo generale è rendere le produzioni brassicole regionali maggiormente competitive sul mercato, realizzando contemporaneamente un modello innovativo e virtuoso di economia circolare, che trasformi in risorse i residui di produzione.
