Il progetto nasce proprio dal suddetto riconoscimento: riuscire, con piccoli passi, a rendere fruibile il Centro Storico ai cittadini ed ai turisti, anche salvaguardando tutti gli investimenti afferenti alle ristrutturazioni finora realizzati, come ad esempio il rifacimento totale della pavimentazione con basolato
