Il programma di ricerca industriale e sviluppo pre-competitivo è finalizzato allo studio e realizzazione di case mobili in grado di soddisfare gli standard abitativi tipici delle abitazioni fisse in termini di: benessere termoigrometrico, acustico, olfattivo, luminoso e tattile; caratteristiche strutturali di elasticità, leggerezza, facilità di assemblaggio e sicurezza antintrusiva. Per i manufatti è previsto l'impiego di energia rinnovabile e di materie prime riciclabili, in particolare materiali plastici derivanti dal riciclaggio di opportune frazioni di rifiuti solidi urbani, ignifughi e con elevate caratteristiche di elasticità e porosità.
