Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un sito commerciale di idonee dimensioni, opportunamente suddiviso in relazione al tipo di operazione che vi verrà effettuata, in cui sistemare le nuove attrezzature. Il sito sarà dimensionato con una estensione pari a 590mq di superficie di vendita. L'investimento nasce dalla sentita esigenza del mercato lampedusano per necessità di punti vendita sempre all'avanguardia e aggiornati. Il potenziamento della superficie di vendita riguarda una struttura, peraltro, già esistente, e si riferisce all'introduzione del reparto di salumeria e di quello di macelleria, nonché alla maggiore disponibilità di scaffali per l'esposizione della merce.
